Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items are returned in their original packaging

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products


3. How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


6. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item? Let us know. Exchanges are accepted for eligible products and follow the same return process.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
