Refund and Returns Policy

At CharmTopis, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and returns process to make things right.

Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

To qualify for a refund or return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

We allow returns within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personal care items such as cosmetics and skincare

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
