  • Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect sensitive data during transmission.

  • Charmtopis does not store your full payment details on our servers.


3. Billing & Authorization

  • Your card or wallet will be authorized at the time of purchase for the total order amount.

  • The final charge appears on your statement as “Charmtopis Ltd.”

  • If an item is out of stock or canceled, the authorization hold will be released within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.


4. Invoice & Receipt

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with an attached invoice.

  • You can download or print your invoice from your account dashboard at any time.


5. Currency & Exchange Rates

  • All prices are displayed and billed in GBP (£).

  • If your bank or payment provider applies an exchange rate or foreign transaction fee, those charges are your responsibility.


6. Payment Disputes

  • If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date.

  • Email billing@charmtopis.com with your order number, date, and a description of the issue.

  • We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.


7. Fraud Prevention

  • Charmtopis employs advanced fraud-detection tools to monitor suspicious activity.

  • We may request additional verification (e.g., ID or proof of address) before processing high-value orders.


8. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
