At CharmTopis, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, this Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Condition: The product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation must be provided with your return request.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Customized products: Any items that have been personalized or customized.

Opened software: Software products that have been opened or used.

Gift cards: Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at contact@charmtopis.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return authorization along with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Pack the Item: Carefully repackage the product in its original condition and packaging to ensure it arrives undamaged.

Ship the Item: Send the return item to the address provided in the return authorization. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Returns: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Rejected Returns: If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, it will not be eligible for a refund, and we will notify you of the reason for rejection. In this case, the item may be returned to you at your cost.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no extra cost to you. Please provide photos or videos of the damage to expedite the process.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@charmtopis.com.
8. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
